Introduction To Better Health


This particular Blog will give you information and tips about good nutrition. It is the corner stone and building block that leads to success in so many other areas of life. I have two other Blogs. One is on weight gain and weight loss. The other deals with weight training and exercise. Each by itself is great information. All three Blogs actually go hand-in-hand. If you were to follow all three you would have the knowledge to really obtain better health. You cannot obtain weight loss or weight gain without some form of exercise. By the same token you have to maintain good nutrition in order to fuel your body for the correct responses to your exercise. Now, I know there are people out there that will disagree with that statement, but if you are a person who continually has problems with weight gain or weight loss then you really need to have both of the other factors to reach your goal.
